Arty is just learning what it's like to party with his new human friends. For Arty, partying means jumping in their laps and nuzzling up against their necks and faces. And then he's ready to take them for a walk. This lovable boy had little socialization with people before he was surrendered to a shelter along with five other pups. Now in his first foster home, he's proving to be a very affectionate boy who wants to cuddle with his new human friends, eager to love and trust them. And he loves playing with other dogs. Arty is a smarty, too. He's crate-trained and is making good progress on his leash training, loving to zig-zag on his walks.
